Yoga has become a very popular workout recently.  For many people who do yoga, it is just a series of workouts that incorporate correct breathing with stretching by performing the different poses.  Most yoga poses also help develop strength and tone muscles.  But for more experienced yogis, it is a practice where they attempt to unify the mind, body, and spirit within themselves.

Let’s yoga is an instructional video game that teaches its users how to properly perform the different yoga poses.  If there is a pose that you’re not sure how to perform, you’ll be able to see a 360° view of the avatar.  This 360° view will help you to better understand how to perform a specific pose.  There are at least 80 poses for you to choose from.  Breathing techniques are also instructed in this game.  Another interesting feature this game has is that you can choose your avatar and customize them with different outfits.

What’s important in this game is that you get to choose which workout you want to perform.  If you are experiencing a certain ailment like back problems or stress, you can make the system choose the right workout that can give relief for these ailments.  You also have the freedom to customize poses that you would like to perform.  The game would even show which muscles are involved in a certain pose.
